PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Security MobileBanker is Security Bank’s mobile banking facility which currently rides on the Bank’s ATM-consortium partner, BancNet. It employs the use of cellular/mobile phones in performing several banking transactions such as balance inquiry, funds transfer, bills payment, and phone reloading services.


Mobile banking via BancNet is basically divided into two categories:
BancNet Mobile
  This is available for Globe and Sun Cellular subscribers. Transactions done via this platform are SMS-based or keyword-driven.
 
Smart Mobile
This is available for Smart subscribers only. Transactions done via this platform are menu-driven.

GENERAL POLICIES

A. Qualified Accountholders

1. Only Security Bank accountholders with regular ATM cards and who are Globe/Smart/Sun Cellular subscribers are qualified to enroll in the facility.
2. “In Trust For (ITF)”, “By”, dormant, blocked, garnished, joint AND accounts, SSS, remittance , and direct deposit accounts are not qualified to enroll in the facility.

B. Account Enrollment

1. An enrollment form need not be accomplished anymore. Accomplishment of the account opening form already covers provisions for Security MobileBanker.
2. The client may link a maximum of two (2) accounts to his Security MobileBanker account --- one (1) Savings Account and one (1) Checking Account.
3. Use of virtual card (used for BancNet Online transactions) shall not be allowed.
